Kelly P. Forester is a personal injury trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience representing individuals and families affected by the negligence of others. He loves his home state of Texas and is proud to have represented clients in over 75 Texas counties.
Kelly graduated from Texas A&M University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and went on to obtain his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 1993. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas and has earned the distinction of being Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by The Texas Board of Legal Specialization – an honor he has held for 20 years. Out of 100,000 lawyers licensed to practice law in Texas, only 7,300 are Board Certified.
Kelly believes in the right to trial by jury and is a stalwart supporter of the Seventh Amendment. By filing suit in almost all of his cases, he puts his faith in Texas juries comprised of local men and women to ensure each civilian’s rights are protected. Kelly has tried nearly 100 cases to verdict in his distinguished legal career.
When asked to describe his approach to working with his victims and their families, Kelly says, “We work hard for our clients and give them truthful advice, whether positive or negative. We find that by keeping communication open and honest, we are able to achieve great results for our clients.”
Outside of the office, Kelly is the proud father of two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys fishing with his family and friends and riding four-wheelers on property he shares with his law partner Chad.
